Diamond Colour

Although diamonds cover the entire spectrum of colours including pink, champagne, blue, green and intense yellow, most range from a faint yellow or brownish tint to the extremely valuable colourless. A colourless diamond is graded 'D' and is extremely rare. MDTdesign carry 'D' colour through to 'G' colour diamonds, stones considered 'very fine white'.

Fancy coloured diamonds, such as pink, yellow or champagne, are graded on a different colour scale. The more intense the colour, the more rare and valuable the stone is.
